崗位職責(zé):工作職責(zé)1.Responsible for diamond turning lathing and milling process set-up for new production line in China. 負(fù)責(zé)在新工廠中建立高精密金剛石車(chē)銑削制造工藝：2.Industrialization of new products developed by R&D department. 負(fù)責(zé)與研發(fā)部門(mén)對(duì)接，推進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品工藝設(shè)定，實(shí)現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)；3.Development of new manufacturing technology or solution in order to increase production capacity and decrease cost of production with high quality standard based on technology roadmap aligned with Global Engineering. 基于與總部工藝接軌的技術(shù)路線圖，開(kāi)發(fā)新的制造技術(shù)或解決方案，以保證高質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí)，提高生產(chǎn)能力，降低生產(chǎn)成本；4.Performances improvement of existing manufacturing technology through CIP tools such as lean, 6 sigma or other approach and production support to secure production performance. 通過(guò)CIP工具（如精益工具，6σ或其他方法）改善現(xiàn)有制造技術(shù)，并提供生產(chǎn)支持；5.Ensures the production procedure, activities and technologies to comply with regulations and standards. 確保生產(chǎn)流程、活動(dòng)和技術(shù)符合國(guó)家法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；6.Other tasks assigned by direct leader. 其他由直接上司安排的工作。 任職資格:1.Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Engineering major. 機(jī)械工程及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)全日制本科或以上學(xué)歷；2.Minimum 5 years’ process engineering experience in diamond turning CNC machine in precision manufacturing industry, preferably in multinational company. 5年以上金剛石車(chē)銑削數(shù)控機(jī)床工藝工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備跨國(guó)公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；3.Deep understanding of diamond turning CNC machine hardware and software structure with sufficient skills of machining / measuring profile and roughness of high precision component. 熟悉數(shù)控金剛石車(chē)銑削硬件與軟件結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠操作相關(guān)設(shè)備完成高精密產(chǎn)品的加工，輪廓及表面粗糙度的測(cè)量；4.A high level of skill in using AutoCAD or CAM (UG) for 3-D modelling and programming CNC machines. Experience of data analysis (JMP, SPC, MATLAB) and DOE principles. 熟練使用AutoCAD / CAM (UG)等軟件對(duì)進(jìn)行3D建模及對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)行編程, 具備數(shù)據(jù)分析(如JMP, SPC, MATLAB)和DOE實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn);5.Understanding of higiene requirement in medical and food industry with knowledg in disinfection and sterilization process will be prefered; Understanding of polishing, coating, cleaning and visual inspection process of high precision product manufacturing will be prefered. 熟悉醫(yī)療及食品行業(yè)潔凈間衛(wèi)生要求，具備常規(guī)消毒及滅菌工藝知識(shí)者優(yōu)先；熟悉精密器件拋光、鍍膜、清洗及外觀檢查工藝知識(shí)者為優(yōu)；6.Experience of intercontinental production line transfer and process equipment installation/validation/trouble shooting is preferred. 具備國(guó)際生產(chǎn)線轉(zhuǎn)移和工藝設(shè)備安裝/驗(yàn)證/故障排除經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為優(yōu)；7.Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin, in both written and verbal form. 普通話及英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利。
