Job responsbilities:
1.Familiar with new item development process from concept stage to shipment
2.Skillful technigue to develop product in good quality with reasonable cost and timely schedule
3.Liaise with sale side to understand customer requirment/product specification
4.Strong organization skill as a project leader to work with other dept as well as factory
5.Good negotiation skill for getting better product cost and schedule
6.5-7 years related working ecperience, less experience will also consider as junior position
7.Basic marking knowledge is preferable
8.Previously working in toy field will have advantages
9.Knowledge of electronic field will have advantages
10.Spoken and written in English fluently
11.Can work under pressure
